Ukulele Bart has a new DVD and he plays an Oceana Ukulele!

The Los Angeles Times calls Ukulele Bartt a "Modern-Day Master." Bartt was honored as "Teacher of the Year" in the 40,000-teacher Los Angeles Unified School District, America's second-largest district. He's been awarded a commendation from the mayor of Los Angeles.He performs and teaches around the world, and now he's teaching YOU! bartt.net

Oceana Ukuleles will have a booth at the 39th Annual Folk Life Festival at the Seattle Center May 28th through the 31st! Look for us at the Founders Court. We will have a great collection of Ukes and other instruments to show you!

The Langley Ukulele Ensemble from Canada was at the Gorge Uke Camp and they brought a lot of enthusiasm with them. Some of the younger kids loved hanging out in my booth playing all my ukuleles. One gifted musician loved my 8 stringed uke and made it sing so sweet! Their motto is "Enriching lives through music" and they do so every where they go.  www.langleyukes.com
