             We had a great time at the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Fest. met some great folks enjoyed some nice weather and found some new homes for a few of our ukes. ...and come on down to the Olalla Bluegrass Festival this Saturday August 15th. A day of good music, good folks, and a berry pie contest! Oceana Ukuleles will have a booth there so this would be a good excuse to get out of town and come on down and get your hands on some of our latest ukuleles. So what happens when master luthier Jesus Hortega leaves town for a month? Zac realizes he can't find the tape measure and ends up building a really big ukulele. Did I say this thing is big? So it's been said everyone gets there 15 minutes of fame, well we got ours today as weebly decided to pick us as the site of the day. You can see we normally only have a few folks stopping by the site on any given day but then... bam! 2500 visits in one day.  On the bench 04/14/2009
